Study: New interchange would connect U.S. 60 drivers in Surprise

MAG officials are hoping a new “ultimate interchange” — that would connect U.S. 60, also known as Grand Avenue, between Loop 303 and 163rd Avenue — could be a reality for residents who are already sick of sitting at multiple light cycles before they can even get out of their neighborhood.
