19,000 PUVs set for contracting program registration Monday – DOTr

MANILA, Philippines — Over 19,000 public utility vehicles (PUV) nationwide are set to be enrolled in the government’s service contracting program (SCP) on Monday, acting Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez said on Saturday. Lopez said he instructed the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) to personally assist qualified drivers and operators under the SCP, especially via online registration.
