Slovak PM in Moscow calls himself EU’s black sheep

After arriving in Moscow, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier near the Kremlin and said he considers himself something of a “black sheep” within the European Union.
