New Delhi is hosting the BRICS Foreign Ministers Meeting on May 14 amid the escalating West Asia crisis. India assumed the BRICS Chairmanship from Brazil on January 1, its fourth presidency after hosting summits in 2012, 2016 and 2021. Ministers from UAE, Indonesia, Iran and Ethiopia are among attendees, along with other invited representatives.
