SC asked to uphold Win bloc’s takeover

A senior high school teacher has petitioned the Supreme Court to validate the Senate leadership takeover by the Win Gatchalian bloc, arguing that the 3 June session had a valid quorum and that the resulting leadership reshuffle and committee reorganization are constitutional and legally binding.
