Power surcharge rise to make electricity costly in Delhi – Here is how much you will have to pay

The consumers in different parts of Delhi would have their bills increased by different margins. While those consumers served by the BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL), living in east and central Delhi will have their electricity bills increased by an approximate 5.7%, those from south and west Delhi, who get electricity through BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) will see an increase of 3.4% to their electricity bills.
