Vietnam arrests author of book on Communist Party founder on anti-state charges

HANOI: Vietnamese authorities have arrested the author of a recently published book about Ho Chi Minh, founder of the country’s Communist Party, on anti-state charges, Hanoi police announced on Tuesday (July 7).
