The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed that defense forces struck the Syzran oil refinery in the Samara region, causing explosions and fires. The facility has an annual capacity of 8.5 million tons and supplies fuel to the Russian military. Additionally, Ukrainian forces struck 10 Russian tankers and four ferries in the Sea of Azov used for military logistics and sanction evasion. The military also confirmed a July 11 strike on a Russian fuel train near Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia region, and verified damage from a July 10 attack on the NOVATEK-Ust-Luga complex in the Leningrad region.
