Allahabad High Court upholds conviction of husband and in-laws for murder of woman inside matrimonial home, explains scope of Section 106 Evidence Act in circumstantial cases

The Allahabad High Court has dismissed two criminal appeals challenging the conviction of a husband and his parents for the murder of a young married woman who was found dead inside her matrimonial home in Etawah.
