Sen. Justice entities secure financing to pay full demand in Greenbrier Resort litigation

BECKLEY, W.Va. — Defendants associated with Sen. James C. “Jim” Justice II have secured financing to fully satisfy a $387 million payoff demand from White Sulphur Springs Holdings LLC, according to a federal court reply filed Thursday.
