OPD identifies two individuals killed following high speed chase

The Orange Police Department has identified the two individuals who died following a vehicle pursuit that began in Sulphur, Louisiana and ended in Orange. The deceased have been identified as Justin Vanover, 38, of Georgia and Jermaine Glodd, 25, of Lake Charles.
