Secret Baku Talks Confirmed Between German and Russian Officials

Azerbaijani President confirmed that former German and Russian officials secretly met in Baku on July 12–14 to discuss Russia’s war against Ukraine. However, German Chancellor said his government had no involvement and was unaware of the meeting taking place.
