Del. Evan Worrell urges special session if Elliott Pritt refuses to resign

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A West Virginia lawmaker is calling for Del. Elliott Pritt to resign following recent federal criminal charges and is urging Gov. Patrick Morrisey to convene a special
