Croydon Council approves retrospective changes to ‘monstrosity’ flats

Croydon Council has approved retrospective planning permission for changes to a block of flats which critics say have made it almost entirely different from the original plans. The block of eight flats in Coulsdon was first approved in 2022, but neighbours say changes have meant the building now dominates the area and threatens their privacy.
