Flyers to get relief as airlines must offer 60% seats free from 20 April

On March 18, the Civil Aviation Ministry stated that directions had been issued to the DGCA to mandate airlines to allocate a minimum of 60 percent of seats for free selection on any flight, ensuring fair access for passengers.
