Thick ice causes freighter traffic jam near Soo Locks, 20 vessels waiting

Earlier today, about 20 vessels were waiting for their chance to reach the Soo Locks. Most were at a standstill, waiting for ice-breaking help or for the bottleneck ahead of them to ease.
