Finland to Supply F-16 Ammunition for Jet Drones, Zelensky Says

Ukraine will receive ammunition for its F-16 fighter jets from Finland in the coming days to intercept Russian jet-powered strike drones, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced following talks with Finnish President Alexander Stubb on Saturday, Oct. 10. The delivery coincides with Finnish approval of an expedited €1 million military package and warnings from Ukrainian Air Force commanders that Russian turbojet drones are scaling up toward speeds of up to 900 km/h, while the two leaders also coordinated steps against Russian petroleum export revenues.
