Build a Real-Time Market Pulse Dashboard in Streamlit

A “market pulse” screen is basically the tab you keep open when you don’t want to stare at charts all day. The dashboard has three parts: a Pulse table that ranks the biggest movers across your watchlist, a Stress feed that emits event-style alerts instead of raw tick spam, and a small Correlation card.
