Delhi unveils draft EV policy 2026; Rs 3,954 cr push, 100% tax waiver, only EV registrations for two wheelers by 2028

To strengthen charging and battery-swapping infrastructure, Delhi Transco Limited will act as the nodal agency and a dedicated digital portal will be developed for approvals, monitoring and operations. A high-level committee headed by the Chief Secretary will oversee implementation.
