Joplin baseball outlasts Kickapoo behind Green’s gem

Joplin starter Brecken Green struck out eight hitters and gave up no hits and no runs while walking three in six innings of work, leading Joplin to a 2-1 win over the Springfield Kickapoo Chiefs Monday at JHS.
