Rally goes on in spite of protest ban on residential streets in North York

A Toronto rally took place in North York today despite a recent protest ban. Earlier this month, Toronto police moved to block demonstrations on residential streets in the area of Bathurst Street and Sheppard Avenue W. following reports of public safety concerns. On Sunday, a group of protesters gathered in the heavily policed area. CBC’s Mercedes Gaztambide has the latest.
