3rd Annual Nelson Elliott Golf Scramble fundraiser held for North Marion scholarships

FAIRMONT, W.Va. — The Samuel Nelson Elliott Foundation held its third annual Nelson Elliott Golf Scramble on Friday, a fundraiser that raises money for scholarships that go to North Marion
