Senmiao to Raise $11M via Private Placement of 10M Units

Senmiao Technology Limited has entered into a securities purchase agreement to sell up to 10,000,000 units in a private placement. Each unit, priced at $1.10, comprises one common stock share and four warrants, with each warrant exercisable at $1.46. If fully subscribed, the offering is expected to generate approximately $11 million in gross proceeds for the company.
