Romania to Close Russian Consulate After Drone Strike

Romania will expel Russia’s consul general in Constanța and close its consulate after a Russian drone struck a residential building in Galați on Friday, President Nicușor Dan said. The attack, which injured two people, was described as the most serious security incident on Romanian territory since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
