Man dies after killing ex-wife at Elmwood apartment, shooting himself in parking lot, officials say

The man who authorities say shot and killed his ex-wife inside her Elmwood apartment before turning the gun on himself in the parking lot of a nearby business has died, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office said Friday.
