Top court sets aside 71-year-old rulings regarding women’s inheritance rights

ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has set aside the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court, the Appellate Court and the Lahore High Court regarding inheritance rights.
