KUALA LUMPUR: HSS Holdings Bhd, the bakery products player, has signed an underwriting agreement with M&A Securities Sdn Bhd for its initial public offering (IPO) ahead of the company’s proposed listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.
