President Vladimir Putin said Russian troops were advancing ‘on all fronts’, stating that Kiev is ‘resorting to outright terrorist tactics’ having failed to achieve results on the battlefield. The Russian leader made the remarks during a meeting on the development of Russia-held Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions in Moscow on Saturday. “Our troops are maintaining a strategic advantage, advancing confidently, and no amount of shelling or drone strikes will change this situation now. The advance is continuing on all fronts. The enemy is unable to withstand the pressure and is resorting to outright terrorist tactics. They are targeting civilian infrastructure, transport networks and passenger transport,” he said. Watch.
