Artson reports FY26 net loss of ₹1,088.37 Lakhs; Q4 profit ₹335.60 Lakhs

Artson Ltd’s Board of Directors approved the audited financial statements for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, on April 28, 2026. For Q4 FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹3,875.10 Lakhs and a net profit of ₹335.60 Lakhs. For the full financial year 2026, revenue from operations stood at ₹16,358.35 Lakhs, but the company recorded a net loss of ₹1,088.37 Lakhs. The basic and diluted earnings per share for FY26 was a loss of ₹2.95. The company also noted a one-time charge of ₹65.33 Lakhs for gratuity obligation reassessment and long-outstanding trade receivables and unbilled revenue totaling ₹1,633 Lakhs from a PSU customer.
