Congressional candidate David Giralt courts Goshen County voters

TORRINGTON – Republican congressional candidate David Giralt made a stop in Goshen County on Wednesday, greeting residents over ice cream at City Park as part of a statewide campaign swing ahead of the Aug. 18 primary.
