Ubi Franklin, the Nigerian artiste manager, says legal action will be taken against people allegedly bullying Davido and his wife Chioma on social media. In a recent post via X, Franklin, who works with Davido, shared a series of screenshots allegedly from a WhatsApp group named “TSM lovers,” which appears to be linked to fans of Sophia Momodu. In the purported screenshots, some members alleged that Chioma married Davido using “love charm” and made comments about the death of her child. “Yes. David was under love charm from Chioma and one thing people don’t know is whatever wrong you do, it backfires. That innocent boy’s death was too suspicious of many wrong doings but many people don’t know what the mother must have put her eyes into,” the message reads. pic.twitter.com/KNu4UaNfeQ — Ubi Franklin Ofem (@ubifranklin1) April 21, 2026 The messages also contained remarks about Folasade Adeleke, Davido’s cousin, with some members using derogatory language to describe her. Franklin described those behind the messages as “evil, wicked and bitter,” criticising them for deliberately creating platforms to bully Chioma. “You know people are evil right? The message I see on this group chat is just. And then people say humans aren’t wicked or bitter,” he wrote. “Imagine having enough time and energy to create groups just to bully a woman who has done absolutely nothing to you. Chioma is not anyone’s problem and she is not in anyone’s business.” He warned that those involved would be held accountable by law enforcement, adding that the family is prepared to pursue legal action. “One after the other, you will explain to the law enforcement what Chef chi has done to all of you, just keep opening groups to bully her, her Husband, Me as her manager and the entire family has your time now and we will follow the rules and you will be served,” he wrote.
