EC’s shockwave upsets ‘blue camp’

The Election Commission (EC)'s decision to refer the Senate vote-rigging case, which involves 77 suspects, to the Supreme Court has put 26 serving senators from the so-called "blue camp" -- politicians linked to the ruling Bhumjaithai (BJT) Party -- at the centre of a legal process that could shift the balance of power in the upper house.
