Fears grow over Koh Kut sovereignty

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow on Tuesday dismissed concerns that Cambodia’s reported registration of the 2001 memorandum of understanding on maritime claims, known in Thailand as MoU 44, could affect Thailand’s sovereignty over Koh Kut island.
