Floodwater covers southwest Cape Coral streets, leaving cars stuck and yards soaked

Heavy rains submerged streets in Cape Coral Monday night. Neighbors say floodwater covered Southwest 29th Street in Cape Coral, and some of that water is still lingering in yards and driveways.
