Hue Beef Noodle Soup Day to be held in July

The city of Hue will officially introduce “Hue Beef Noodle Soup Day” as part of the “Hue – Culinary Capital 2026” programme, which will take place from July 23 to 26 at Thuong Bac Park in Phu Xuan Ward, Hue City. Workshop highlights historical figures defending Hue Imperial Capital
