MANILA, Philippines — The partial Senate blue ribbon committee report on the alleged anomalous flood control projects has yet to be sponsored in plenary as only seven of nine senators have signed so far, Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo “Ping” Lacson said on Tuesday. In his privilege speech, Lacson, who heads the blue ribbon panel, revealed that Sen. Raffy Tulfo recently signed the partial report, which needs nine signatures to be sponsored. “To date, almost three months have passed, only seven, including the chairperson and the Senate President [Vicente “Tito” Sotto III] have affixed our signatures,” Lacson said.
