Makati Finance Corporation Announces Remote Annual Stockholders’ Meeting for July 30, 2026

Makati Finance Corporation has scheduled its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (ASM) on July 30, 2026 at 11:30 a.m., to be conducted through remote communication facilities under the supervision of the meeting’s presiding officer. Stockholders of record as of July 2, 2026, will be entitled to receive notice of and vote at the meeting. To participate in the ASM, stockholders must register between July 3, 2026 to July 23, 2026 through the link at https://sh.makatifinance.ph . Stockholders who wish to appoint proxies may submit their duly accomplished proxy forms. Guidelines for attendance and participation will be provided to qualified stockholders.
