Mohajerani: Large Public Turnout at Martyr Commander’s Funeral Sign of Iran’s Strength

Iranian government spokeswoman Fatemeh Mohajerani stated that the large and enthusiastic public turnout at the funeral of the martyr commander is a sign of Iran’s strength. The Iranian news agency IRNA quoted Mohajerani on Sunday, on the sidelines of her participation in the farewell ceremony for the martyr commander, as saying, “The most important thing we should note in this regard is the sheer size of the crowds participating in the funeral and farewell ceremonies for the martyr commander and his family. Therefore, considering the level of public interest in participating, this is one of the manifestations of our nation’s strength.”
