Norris Maydew

Norris Lynn Maydew of Smith Center, Kansas, died May 10, 2026. Norris was born May 29, 1928, to Kermit and Lelia Maydew near Cora, Kansas. He was the fourth of the nine children. Raised on the family farm north of Lebanon, Norris liked everything about farming, except raising pigs. He especially liked the horses which were an integral part of farming in the 1930s and 40s.
