Nottoway owners sue, claim Iberville Parish president told firefighters to stand down as mansion burned

The suit claims the Plaquemine Fire Department, the Iberville Parish Government, and its President Chris Daigle, engaged in “gross negligence” that resulted in the mansions complete destruction.
