NovaGold CEO touts US$4.2B merger as firm set to be redomiciled to the U.S.

Vancouver-based NovaGold Resources Inc. is set to become the latest Canadian company to redomicile to the U.S., following a consolidation deal that the firm’s president and CEO says will make it one of the largest gold producers in the world.
