NXP launches single-chip car radio and AI audio processor for new vehicles

NXP has launched the SAF9800 automotive processor, combining radio reception and AI-based audio functions in one chip. The solution targets newer vehicles and electric cars, where cabin noise, signal interference and complex infotainment hardware remain key concerns.
