Phuket thief poses as Grab rider in B1.3m safe theft

PHUKET – Police have arrested a serial thief who disguised himself as a Grab rider to steal a safe containing more than 1.3 million baht from a Russian national’s home, recovering over 800,000 baht and returning it to the owner.
