Qatar Central Bank enables cardless ATM withdrawals with HIMYAN via Apple Pay

Doha, Qatar: In line with the Third Financial Sector Strategy, and as part of efforts to advance digital payment systems and services in the State of Qatar, Qatar Central Bank (QCB) announced the enablement of cash withdrawal services using the tokenization feature of the national card 'HIMYAN' through 'Apple Pay' on ATMs across the country. This initiative is introduced to further enhance the digital payment experience of the national card 'HIMYAN', improve security and customer convenience, and support the shift toward digital transformation in the payments sector in the State of Qatar.
