‘Referred issues already sub judice’: CJI Surya Kant on refusal to meet INDIA Bloc leaders

In the letter, the CJI Surya Kant wrote that the apex court has not been endowed with any administrative powers to deal with the issues highlighted in his letter. He, however, added that the judiciary is duty-bound to consider the issues affecting the citizens of the country.
