Sacred Heart pastor departing for new pastorate

The Rev. Ray Atwood, pastor of Sacred Heart Parish in Oelwein and Immaculate Conception in Fairbank, is wrapping up his time here and looking to make the transition smooth as parishioners are set to welcome a new pastoral team.
