Nuclear Watch New Mexico has filed a federal FOIA lawsuit against the DOE and NNSA for refusing to release a study on plutonium pit production at Los Alamos and Savannah River Site. The nonprofit says the withheld report puts billions in taxpayer dollars at risk.
