They have questioned the relevance of featuring the popular Hindi song in the curriculum and voiced their displeasure over its inclusion. Similarly, students have raised concerns over the inclusion of the Odia Raja Doli song in the Class V English textbook. According to the students, an English song would have been more appropriate in an English language textbook.
