US Fed chairman on policy rates: Would it impact the Indian stock market today?

In his Jackson Hole speech US Fed chairman Kevin Warsh has indicated that key policy rates in the largest economy in the world could rise in September. The rise could be by 25 basis points. Any rise in the US Fed rate is not likely to amuse investors in Indian markets.
