Grafton City Council rejects $250,000 tax waiver for new Preston-Taylor Health facility

GRAFTON, W.Va. — The Grafton City Council unanimously voted 4-0 to deny a $250,000 business and occupation (B&O) tax waiver for Preston-Taylor Community Health Centers Inc.’s new health care facility.
